I had a bad situation at a family dollar store. I called corporate and they took my complaint. They gave me a case number 6997795 and said a district manager would call me. No one called me. I guess they don't care about their customers.

I love family dollar but every time I go in there it's all these damn employees walking around and a long damn line with only 1 employee at the register working. then when you say they need more help at the front the workers have an attitude problem. but I have even applied for a job but yet they say they not hiring but they need help

I WENT TO STORE #09192 AND I CANT TELL YOU HOW NICE AND CLEAN THE STORE IS. YOU CAN ACTUALLY WALK DOWN THE ISLES AND YOU CAN SEE WHAT IS THERE AND NOT. THEY STAY STOCKING THINGS. I PASS ANOTHER FAMILY DOLLAR JUST TO GO TO THAT ONE. THEY ALL WEAR MASKS AND THEY QUCIKLY CHECK YOU OUT WITH NO PROBLEMS. I KNOW THAT I WILL CONTIUNE TO GO TO THIS STORE THEN THE OTHER ONE THAT I PAST. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STORE-09192!
