"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to return a few items from my order, and the whole process was smoother than I expected. The employee at the store was helpful, and my refund came through quickly. There wasn’t any hassle or back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience and I’d feel comfortable shopping here again

"Suspiciously Always Has What I Need"
I shop at Family Dollar online and in the store often, and somehow they almost always have exactly what I’m looking for. Cleaning supplies, snacks, random home stuff — it’s usually all there. Not saying they’ve got some secret system tracking my shopping habits, but it does feel a little too convenient sometimes. Either way, it saves me from driving all over town to three different stores, so I’m not complaining.

"Pretty good for the price, right?"
I thought the stuff I bought would be just okay, but it ended up being better than I expected, especially the cleaning supplies. Everything worked fine and I didn’t run into any issues. For the price, that’s a solid deal, isn’t it?

I mostly use Family Dollar Stores to check coupons before I head to the store, because groceries and basic stuff are way too expensive now. The site is easy to use, and clipping coupons doesn’t take forever, which I appreciate. I’ve saved a few dollars almost every trip, especially on cleaning supplies and snacks. It’s not some amazing fancy thing, but it actually works, and at this point anything that helps my budget is a win.

"Checkout didn’t waste my entire life"
I just needed to grab a few things online, and shockingly, the checkout was actually quick. The pages loaded, my cart didn’t randomly vanish into the void, and payment went through without making me answer 47 extra questions. I was done in maybe a minute or two. Simple, easy, and somehow not a whole ordeal, which I definitely appreciate when I’m in a hurry.

"Store just feels kind of dirty..."
Most times I go in here, the store just looks messy... the floors are sticky in certain spots, and there are usually boxes sitting in the aisles. The staff have been fine, but the place just feels dirty and not that easy to shop in. I really wish they’d clean it up more often.

Just wanted to put this out there for anyone who’s had bad luck with pickup orders before: my Family Dollar order came through exactly right. Nothing was missing, the sizes and items were correct, and the pickup process was easy. I’ve dealt with mix-ups at other stores, so I was checking everything closely, but this one was fine...

I usually hit up Family Dollar for the basic things we go through all the time, like paper towels, snacks, cleaning supplies, and a few random home items. The prices are reasonable most of the time, and when there’s a coupon or sale, it definitely feels like a good deal.
Not every single thing is the cheapest, and yeah, sometimes the shelves are picked over, but I’ve learned to go with my gut on what’s worth grabbing there. Overall, I feel like I save money, and for a quick stop with decent value, it works for me

I ordered a few cleaning supplies and snacks from familydollar.com, it was way easier than I expected. The site worked smoothly, my cart stayed saved while I kept browsing, and I didn’t have to deal with any frustrating glitches.
My pickup was ready the same day, which made me so happy because I really needed the stuff. Everything was there, nothing was missing, and the prices were exactly what I expected. I’d definitely use it again

"Easy and Fairly Straightforward to Use"
I found what I needed quickly, and the pages loaded without any issues. Checkout was simple enough too, which I always appreciate. To be fair, I mainly used it to check deals before heading to the store, and for that it worked really well.

"Showed up sooner than expected"
I grabbed a few household things from familydollar.com and figured I’d be waiting a bit, but the order got here faster than I had in mind. Tracking was easy to check, and the box looked like it had actually been handled with some care.
The delivery person left it right by the door like I asked, and everything inside was there and in one piece. It wasn’t a complicated order or anything, but when it goes this smoothly, you notice. I’d order from them again.

"Support got back to me really fast"
I had a small issue with an online order from familydollar.com and wasn’t sure if anyone would get back to me quickly, or at all really.
Customer support replied the same day, which was nice, nice because they actually seemed to read what I wrote instead of sending some copy-paste answer. They helped fix the problem and explained what was going on.
Overall I’m happy with how it went. It was simple, simple and no runaround, and I really appreciate that.
